 Pay:

$9.00 - $15.00 per hour (depending on previous proven experience) plus unlimited bonus opportunities

Hours: 
Employees are scheduled full time hours with a rotating schedule each week. This will include a combination of day/evening/weekend hours.

Job Description:
·          Maintaining a collection file
·          Make outbound telephone call using a predictive (automatic) dialer or manually
·          Update all information regarding accounts accurately
·          Adhere to company policy and all State and Federal Collection Laws
·          Learn and remain up to date on all monetary source opportunities to share with consumers.
·          Learn and utilize proper action codes, skip tracing techniques and effective negotiation skills
·          Proper utilization of collection system
·          Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
 
Skills/Qualifications:

Proper grammar, math, typing, a persuasive negotiator who is quick thinking and able to use information at hand to quickly work out result oriented remedies best resolving issues for all parties.
